Josh has an extensive career in training and walking dogs and has been helping dogs and their people live happier lives since 2009. He is certified through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers and a graduate of the Dog Training Internship Academy, a rigorous 6-month program focused on canine behavior, behavior modification, and a science-based approach to dog training. Josh is also an instructor for the widely respected dog*tec Dog Walking Academy, a rigorous 4-day course teaching dog professionals about dog behavior, body language, and group management.
Josh specializes in leash reactivity and has helped many dogs and their people enjoy their walks together without all the barking, lunging, or pulling. He believes in a science-based approach to dog training and does not employ any fear or intimidation techniques.
Josh lives in San Francisco with his two dogs and is currently enrolled in a program specializing in Separation Anxiety in dogs.
Raquel: DogTec Certified Dog Walker
City Pups SF values a professional approach to caring for our four-legged family, including a commitment to continuing education and professional development, and our wonderful walker Raquel is no exception. Raquel is a graduate of both the dog*tec Dog Walking and Advanced Dog Walking Academies.
Raquel started her dog walking career in 2012 and is excited to be part of the City Pups SF team. She loves how excited the dogs are to be picked up each day, and seeing how tired she can return them to their homes to enjoy a relaxing evening with their people.
Mandy: DogTec Certified Dog Walker
Mandy is a graduate of the dog*tec Dog Walking Academy and is currently enrolled in the CATCH Canine Training School as part of the City Pups SF team’s commitment to ongoing professional development.
Originally from Sacramento, Mandy now lives in San Francisco with her two dogs. She loves the daily opportunity dog walking affords to positively impact the lives of dogs and their people through healthy exercise and good, safe fun.
