Who is City Pups SF?

JOSH BOUTELLE, CPDT-KA, CSAT

Josh has an extensive career in training and walking dogs and has been helping dogs and their people live happier lives since 2009. He is certified through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, a graduate of the Dog Training Internship Academy and a Certified Separation Anxiety Trainer.  Josh is also a former instructor for San Francisco SPCA and the widely respected dog*biz Dog Walking Academy, a rigorous 4-day course teaching dog professionals about dog behavior, body language, and group management. 

Josh specializes in separation anxiety in dogs and leash reactivity and has helped many dogs and their people enjoy their walks together without all the barking, lunging, or pulling. He believes in a science-based approach to dog training and does not employ any fear or intimidation techniques.

Josh lives in San Francisco and enjoys hiking and exploring with his wife Mandy and dog Penny

Mandy Boutelle, CTBC

Mandy has been helping San Francisco dogs, puppies and their people since 2015. After working in City Pups dog walking program,  Mandy has developed a special interest in helping reactive dogs, and turning puppies into confident, polite, city dogs.

Mandy is certified as a Certified Training and Behavior Consultant through the Dog Training Internship Academy and directs City Pups SF’s Puppy Training Program.

Mandy specializes in puppy development and leash reactivity and loves having the opportunity to help San Francisco dogs and their people.
